Job Description:
The Chat process supports the bank's customers, encompassing anyone who has an account domiciled in the US, i.e.. primarily US customers having accounts with our bank which have been opened in the US itself.
The employees here at BACI "chat" with customers and provide services ranging from re-setting passwords to online banking, enrolling customers into online banking, general service and transaction related queries and even specialized services for Card and Small Business customers.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. 0 to 36 months of relevant experience in Customer Service
2.Candidates who are MBA / pursuing MBA (correspondence) need to have relevant experience in customer service (Freshers need not apply)
3. Microsoft office tools (Excel and Word)
4. Basic accounting knowledge
5. Good typing speed (35 wpm with 90% accuracy)
6. Good Communication skills
7. Flexible with rotational shifts(24/7)
