Job Description:
* Candidate should work with Oracle*s world class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracle*s global infrastructure.
* Candidate should be as a member of the IT organization, assist with the design, development, modifications, debugging, and evaluation of programs for use in internal systems within a specific function area.
* Candidate should work with duties and tasks are standard with some variation.
* Candidate should completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures.
* Candidate should have knowledge in BS or equivalent experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems.
* Candidate should have the passion and drive to work in an environment where challenges are a norm, where individual brilliance is valued and goes hand in hand with team performance.
Desired Profile:
* Candidate should have enthusiasm and passion for building next-gen enterprise apps.
* Candidate should be In-depth knowledge and experience with one or more of the following languages: Java, J2EE, SQL, PL/SQL, Shell Scripts.
* Candidate should have 6 months to 4.5 years IT experience in developing, supporting and implementing ERP/CRM/BI applications (preferably Oracle).
* Candidate should haveg good communication (English), organizational and interpersonal skills.
* Candidate should have strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
* Candidate should be able to present ideas in business & user friendly language.
* Candidate should be able to deliver effectively in a team setting as well as independently
* Candidate should be able to work in a fast paced virtual environment that demands co-ordination across time-zones
