The current Film Nagar sources are strongly reporting that the much anticipated project of Power star Gabbar Singh 2 is going to get shelved. An industry source revealed that "Since Pawan scored a blockbuster with family entertainer Attarintiki Daaredi, he wants to do more lighter-vein roles now and not interested to take risk with mass roles. He seems to want to take break from Mass-Masala films for time-being. Yet nothing can be confirmed now as he is unpredictable."
The strong rumors are also stating that Pawan kalyan permanently called off the project gabbar Singh 2, but another interesting project came up and it’s a multistarrer film with Victory venkatesh. Dolly of Tadakha fame would helm the project, the scriptwork is reaching the final stages and everything is ready. Suresh Productions along with Sarath Marar will produce the film.
Talk is that Pawan is not satisfied with the way GS-2 script shaped up. Also, he is apparently disappointed with other things like he couldn't find the female lead who would do justice for the role. All this would have prompted him to hold the much awaitedproject given that there are huge expectations on it.
